Physical Therapist (Part-Time)
  • Outpatient - no weekends | Part-Time: 28 Hours per week
Under the general supervision of the Rehabilitation Supervisor and in alignment with established policies and procedures, the Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality care across all patient populations served. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting initial evaluations, reassessments, and discharge summaries
  • Providing patient-centered treatment based on evaluations and reassessments
  • Completing all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining productivity in accordance with departmental standards
  • Delegating tasks appropriately to support personnel
  • Actively participating in case management of patient care plans
  • Performing non-clinical duties that contribute to efficient daily operations
  • Participating in one to two departmental, hospital, or community meetings or programs
  • Teaching, orienting, training, supervising, and mentoring staff, including new employees, volunteers, observers, and at least one student annually


This role is essential to supporting comprehensive rehabilitation services and fostering a collaborative, educational, and patient-focused environment.
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively problem-solve, plan, and prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Consistently displays professionalism through a positive attitude, initiative, dependability, and collaboration.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
  • Committed to ethical practice, in accordance with the APTA Code of Ethics.
  • BLS Certification within 30 days of hire
