We're looking for an experienced Water Mitigation Project Lead to lead mitigation projects, mentor technicians, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Respond to water losses and determine mitigation needs
- Lead technicians through extraction, demolition, drying, equipment setup, monitoring, and documentation
- Ensure projects meet IICRC and Paul Davis quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and team members
- Maintain accurate project documentation and moisture readings
- Train and mentor technicians while maintaining a safe, organized job site
- Solve problems and ensure every project is completed successfully
Qualifications
- 3+ years of water mitigation experience preferred
- Previous leadership or project lead experience
- WRT required; ASD and AMRT preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and pass a background check

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating on-call schedule
