Position Summary:

Berg Enterprises, Inc., is hiring experienced field leaders with extensive HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge to join our construction teams in Texas, Arizona, and other projects across the United States.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise crews by setting the example
Complete projects as assigned
Direct work within Berg’s scope on assigned projects
Communicate with crew members, office personnel, customers (owners, general contractors), vendors, partners, and subcontractors
Teach, coach, and mentor crew members
Ensure the health and safety of each crew member
