Hello Paras! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year in the Sierra Vista, AZ area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do

• Assist students with classwork, assignments, and skill development under teacher direction.
• Support small‑group or one‑on‑one instruction to reinforce lessons and learning objectives.
• Modify or adapt materials as directed to meet student needs.
• Utilize teacher‑provided strategies to promote engagement and academic success.

What We're Looking For

• 60 college credits OR paraprofessional certificate (must be presented before interview)
• Ability to pass background checks
• Previous experience in the school setting preferred
