Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests. A Team Member is quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, special events, upcoming attractions, pricing, promotions, etc. The Team Member strives to ensure the highest quality in everything served. Being familiar with the operation, this individual will answer guest questions while ensuring a heroic guest experience. Additionally, Team Members may work cross functionally as an Usher, Box Office or Concessionist as staffing needs require. Each Team Member must be able to perform the essential job functions of these positions. Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating POS system, verifying tickets, providing pricing and movie information, responding to guest questions, conducting theatre inspections, maintaining cleanliness, preparing food, sanitizing high-contact areas, complying with food safety laws, monitoring safety and security, assisting with opening and closing duties, and other assigned work-related duties. Requirements include being at least 16 years old, completing food handling training and certifications as required, availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, regular attendance, energetic and friendly attitude, excellent guest service, good communication skills in English, ability to work independently and in a team, ability to follow directions, urgency in response, accurate cash handling and basic math skills. Physical requirements include frequent bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for extended periods, and working in moderate to high noise levels.
