DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position may perform some or all the duties listed below: Create and maintain client stewardship reports* Coordinate banking and funding arrangements for claims with check-cutting services*. Review annual W2 reports for accuracy*. Coordinate new VDI plan implementations for clients* Monitor weekly funding for TRISTAR-owned bank accounts. Coordinate client quarterly, annual, and statutory reporting for all VDI Plans,includingDE2568V, Security Reviews, Plan changes, and plan document writing. Ensure client CA VDI Claims compliance. Recommends and implements improvement to internal CA VDI and reporting policies and procedures; ensures accuracy, completeness, and TPA compliance with CA VDI and TRISTAR policies and procedures Assist with CA EDD Claim Audits under the supervision of the Claims Manager Assist Clients with EDD financial audits. Collect quarterly data from clients and monitor for accuracy. Responsible for creating and pushing system reports to clients as requested for their VDI Plans Answer/return all telephone calls from clients within 24 hours. Assist Client Services with analytical reports associated with CA VDI Plans* Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients in order to ensure their expectations and/or needs are being met in relation to their VDI plan or any requested VDI or leave of absence reporting Establishes and maintains effective working relationships and works cooperatively with co-workers and members of the supervisory/management team Plans, coordinates, and performs administrative assignments and special projects; works as a team member in a dynamic environment. Follow attendance policy: consistency in work schedule and punctuality. All other duties as assigned.
