Drive results and production at every turn! Join Ideal Ready Mix as Plant Manager to manage the plant ensure quality deliveries, and guide your team to success. 


What You’ll Do 

· Manage daily plant operations, production, inventory, and delivery logistics 

· Operate a Ready-Mix truck as needed to support deliveries

· Lead, train, and develop plant and driver staff

· Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies 

· Maintain trucks, equipment, and plant facilities in top condition 

· Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time, high quality deliveries 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

· High school diploma or GED (referred) 

· CDL license with a clean driving record 

· 2+ years experience operating a Ready-Mix plant and equipment

· Knowledge of concrete batching, mix designs, and production processes 

· Leadership experience and strong communication skills

· Ability to pass post-offer drug screen, physical and background check
