Adult Day Habilitation Staff (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Family Matters Adult DayHab is seeking three upbeat and compassionate team members to join our program:

  • 2 Full-Time Positions
  • 1 Part-Time 1:1 Position

If you are patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others grow and succeed, we would love to meet you.

Part-Time 1:1 Position

Work directly with a male consumer in a supportive, structured environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM
  • Potential opportunity for full-time employment

Full-Time Positions

Support individuals participating in our Adult Day Habilitation program.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • Start times may vary between 6:45 AM and 8:00 AM

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and encouragement to individuals in the program
  • Assist with daily activities and personal growth goals
  • Learn and implement behavioral support strategies
  • Identify triggers and use appropriate redirection techniques
  • Adapt to changing needs throughout the day
  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe environment

Training Provided

No experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Training includes:

  • One-on-one training with experienced staff
  • Ongoing support from the consumer's Behavior Analyst
  • Hands-on instruction in behavioral interventions and redirection techniques

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain a Class E License within 30 days of hire
  • Social Security card and/or Birth Certificate
  • Valid automobile insurance
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

  • LEMA
  • CPR
  • Insulin Administration Certification

Pay

  • Hourly wage (based on experience and qualifications)
