Got a knack for keeping things in order? We need YOU. ️

We're on the hunt for a Used Inventory Control Coordinator who loves a good system, isn't afraid to get hands-on, and takes pride in doing things right.

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Used Inventory Control Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team. This isn't a sit-at-a-desk-all-day gig. You'll be picking parts, prepping them for shipment, solving inventory mysteries (where'd that part go?!), and keeping our warehouse humming like a well-tuned engine.

What's In It For You:
$19/hour starting pay — paid every two weeks
Predictable Mon–Fri schedule (7:30–5, OT when it's busy)
A role where your organizational superpowers actually matter

What We Need From You:

  • Computer-savvy — you're not scared of inventory software
  • Warehouse experience under your belt
  • A "let's figure it out" attitude
  • Ready to move — lifting, bending, standing, the works
  • Identify SKU'd used parts from Product Management or teardown lists
  • Pick, pull, clean, prep, and label parts for stocking and shipping
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards before entering inventory
  • Assign and maintain warehouse bin/rack locations for efficient picking
  • Enter and update stock in the inventory system, including bin locations and quantities
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies (e.g., negative on-hand items)
  • Coordinate with yard/teardown staff on parts needs
  • Support cylinder head and rebuild core inventory needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills (email, inventory software)
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly; comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Basic knowledge of agricultural equipment (a plus)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Sound like you? Let's talk.
