Entry-level position supporting adolescents. We are seeking Full-time Residential Support Staff to support our adolescent residential home in Siler City, NC.

Position details: Full-time on 1st shift, 6:45am-3:15pm or 2nd shift, 2:45pm-11:15pm

Part-time or PRN positions are also available

Your impact on the team’s mission

The Residential Support Staff (RSS) plays a pivotal role in our adolescent residential home where we care for adolescents 12-17 years old with mental health diagnosis in a safe, therapeutic, home-like setting. The RSS provides direct client supervision and care and assists the team with providing individualized approaches to wellness in a positive, consistent, structured environment. Key skill in this position is staying awake the whole shift.

Some of the other daily activities you would do as the RSS are:

  • Grocery shopping, meal preparation, and general housekeeping of the residence as well as planning and supervising activities.
  • Medication administration and documentation following training period.
  • Transporting residents to appointments and outings in a company vehicle. 
  • Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with MH/SA/IDD concerns is necessary.

Position details, compensation, and benefits!

This position is Full-time on 1st shift, 6:45am-3:15pm  or 2nd shift, 2:45pm-11:15pm with rotating weekends (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).
