Job DetailsJob Location: Paradigm at the Pines - Silsbee, TX 77656Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: AnyWe are a Skilled Nursing Facility seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join the Paradigm Healthcare team as a Driver!   Job Duties Maintain a written schedule of patient appointments Safely load and unload patients from vehicle, accompany to physician office, and stay with patient if needed Arrange appointment times to allow flexibility to remain with patient if necessary Deliver and pick up medical documents from physician offices Provide transport services as directed Ensure that vehicle is in safe and working condition, suitable for resident to load, unload and be transported in the vehicle Provide direct nursing care, under direct supervision/direction of a nurse, in accordance with federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and prudent nursing judgment.   Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Vision insurance QualificationsRequired Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Must possess a current, unencumbered, active certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Texas Two years' experience in Long-Term Care experience is preferred Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office) required   Paradigm Healthcare was founded on the belief that by empowering each other, we can achieve more and provide better care to every patient we serve.
