What you will be working on:

The Compliance Manager supports and manages the organization’s day-to-day compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role provides leadership in developing compliance strategies, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the organization’s compliance program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Oversee compliance monitoring and auditing activities; ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees and leadership.
Perform investigations of compliance-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior leadership and governing bodies.

What you’ll know:

A successful applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
CHC, CHPC, CCEP, or similar certification required.
5+ years of healthcare compliance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., healthcare, financial, or industry-specific regulations).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex regulations and implement practical solutions.
Proficiency in compliance management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
