About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME IV) – Research Psychologist (Health Services and Population Research) to conduct advanced health services and population-based research supporting military psychological health initiatives. This role will leverage large-scale healthcare datasets to evaluate behavioral health outcomes, utilization patterns, and health system performance.

 

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

In this role, you will design and execute research studies, analyze large administrative healthcare datasets, develop evidence-based recommendations, and communicate findings to senior government stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications

 
  • Doctorate (PhD) in Psychology.
 
  • Minimum of thirteen (13) years of post-doctoral experience conducting psychological health research.
 
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting health services research utilizing large healthcare datasets.
 
  • Experience conducting epidemiologic and population-level analyses.
 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex research results.
 
  • Knowledge of military healthcare systems and psychological health research preferred.
 
  • Experience developing technical products including reports, presentations, manuscripts, and briefings.
