We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer service and exceptional attention to detail to join our team as a Sleep Equipment Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering comprehensive on-the-job training and the chance to grow within our expanding healthcare team. As a valued member of our clinical department, you will play a key role in empowering patients to effectively manage their health conditions, improving their overall well-being and quality of life. You will provide education, support, and guidance to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals—promoting positive clinical outcomes, self-management, and informed decision-making. Location: This role is primarily based on-site at our Silverdale, WA branch (ZIP code: 98383). Some flexibility is required, as the individual will be expected to provide support and float between branches within their designated geographic area based on business needs. We also offer a comprehensive onboarding and training program to help ensure your success.  Job descriptions and needs would entail but not limited to: Setup, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct upon medical devices such as CPAP / Bi-level. Inspect and test equipment function as necessary Provide timely follow-up for patients and caregivers as needed Complete documentation thoroughly in a timely manner as required Qualifications Valid Driver’s License and vehicle to use for home visits Ability to work independently  Quick learner in a fast-paced environment  NO LICENSE STATE LICENSE REQUIRED
