Assisted Living Registered Nurse (RN) – $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!
Location: Silverton Health and Rehabilitation

Position Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supervising staff, monitoring patient health, implementing treatments, and developing long-term care plans. You’ll ensure the highest quality of care while complying with federal, state, and company regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier clinical care to residents and patients.
  • Document care and observations promptly and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and families.
  • Administer medications and manage medication safety.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide CPR when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.

Additional Duties

  • Ensure adherence to company clinical policies and procedures.
  • Follow Nurse Practice Act guidelines and exercise sound nursing judgment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in the state of employment.
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must pass state-specific background checks prior to patient contact.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.


Licenses/Certification

Current RN Licensure in the State employed.

Valid CPR Certification.


Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
