Blevins, Inc., a financially strong, privately owned wholesaler of building supplies, is seeking an experienced candidate who possesses a positive attitude to fill a Customer Service Representative position in our Moline, IL branch. Familiarity with home improvement products and HVAC experience are both a plus. The ideal candidate should be skilled in maintaining excellent customer interfaces and delivering a positive customer experience.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Primary responsibilities include:

Utilizing provided reports to enhance inside sales
Maintaining an established customer base through weekly calls and emails
Handling order entry and quote preparation
Working hand in hand with Outside Sales force

Requirements

Familiarity with home improvement products is a plus.
HVAC experience a plus
High School or equivalent education
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Basic PC skills required, including proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
Great organizational skills required
Professional phone etiquette skills a must
Data Entry skills required
Ability to consistently maintain orderly paperwork
