Â
Who We AreÂ
Whether you're brand new to ABA or finding your way back to it, you belong here. CABA was built by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a clinician who never stopped doing the work herself. She wanted to create the kind of place she'd want to work, built around one idea: take good care of your people, and they'll take beautiful care of the clients. At CABA we work with individuals across the lifespan with autism and other disabilities and conditions, including co-occurring needs, helping to increase independence and improve quality of life.Â
People come to this field for different reasons. What matters is what you choose to do once you’re here. CABA is built to help you see that reason through.Â
The way the Taylors treat their team isn't a policy. It's a promise, to their staff and to every person counting on them.Â
We work with older children, teens, and adults navigating autism, bipolar disorder, and complex co-occurring diagnoses. You already know what this work can be at its best. Now you want to be somewhere that recognizes what you bring to it.Â
You’ve Done the Work. Now Do More With It.Â
You know what a hard session feels like. You’ve sat with a client through something nobody else would understand. You’ve figured out what works when the plan on paper wasn’t working in the room.Â
You have a degree. You have direct experience. And you’ve been looking for a role that actually values both.Â
At CABA, Senior Behavior Technician means something. You’ll work across our SPS and day program service lines with real clinical exposure and room to grow, without being pushed into a management track you didn’t ask for. You’ll mentor junior staff because you’ve been where they are. You’ll be trusted with more because you’ve earned it.Â
This isn’t a lateral move. It’s the role you’ve been ready for.Â
What You’ll DoÂ
Provide direct support across CABA service lines, including Specialized Behavior Services and our Adaptive Skills ProgramÂ
Mentor, train, and support BTs and junior clinical staffÂ
Observe sessions, assess performance, and give real feedback that makes people betterÂ
Support BCBAs with assessments, data graphing, report writing, and client intakeÂ
Collect treatment fidelity and interobserver agreement dataÂ
Serve as a liaison between clinical leadership and frontline staffÂ
Conduct RBT evaluations and ongoing trainingÂ
Write incident reports and progress notes per CABA and funding source standardsÂ
Model the clinical and professional standards CABA is known forÂ
Where This Role Can Take YouÂ
