Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder to join our team. This position is responsible for MIG welding and fabrication of steel and aluminum components while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum materials 
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements 
• Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components to specifications 
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently 
• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines 

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required 
• Experience welding both steel and aluminum preferred 
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints 
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
