Signarama Nampa is looking for an experienced Vehicle Wrap & Vinyl Graphics Technician to join our growing team on a flexible part-time basis.

This position is ideal for an experienced wrap installer looking for supplemental income or a skilled vinyl graphics professional seeking flexible part-time work.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing clean, professional work and has the patience and attention to detail required for high-quality vinyl installations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, understands proper vinyl handling techniques, and consistently delivers exceptional craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Graphics & Wrap Installation

Install vinyl lettering, decals, spot graphics, partial wraps, and full vehicle wraps.
Prepare vehicle surfaces for proper adhesion.
Apply graphics with minimal bubbles, wrinkles, lifting, overstretching, or visible seams.

Vinyl Graphics Production

Weed, mask, laminate, trim, and prepare graphics for installation.
Apply vinyl graphics to windows, walls, doors, floors, trailers, equipment, and a variety of other substrates.
Assist with production of printed and cut vinyl graphics.

Quality Control

Inspect finished work for alignment, adhesion, trimming, color consistency, and overall finish quality.
Ensure every project meets Signarama's quality standards before delivery.

Shop Organization

Help maintain a clean, organized production area.
Properly handle and store vinyl, printed graphics, tools, and installation supplies.

Customer Service

Represent Signarama professionally while working at customer locations.
Communicate courteously with customers and coworkers.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with our design and production staff to ensure graphics are produced and installed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

Required

Professional experience installing vinyl graphics.
Experience applying cut and printed vinyl to multiple surfaces.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to read measurements and follow production layouts.
Strong communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Experience with wall graphics, window graphics, and fleet graphics.
Experience laminating, trimming, masking, and finishing printed graphics.

Preferred (Top Pay)

Professional vehicle wrap installation experience.
Wrap certification from 3M, Avery Dennison, or a comparable manufacturer.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to kneel, bend, stretch, and work around vehicles during installations.
Comfortable using heat guns, knives, squeegees, laminators, and other vinyl application tools.

Schedule

This is a flexible part-time position. Hours will vary based on production workload, installation schedules, and your availability. Projects are generally scheduled in advance, though occasional schedule adjustments may be necessary.
