Quality Inspector

Pay: $18–$20/hour | Schedule: Day shift, approx. 8–5

We're hiring two Quality Inspectors to join our team! No prior quality experience required — if you've worked in manufacturing and want to move into a quality role with more predictable hours, we want to talk to you.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position spent primarily on the shop floor. You'll be responsible for inspecting parts at each stage of production before they ship to customers, as well as inspecting incoming materials from vendor deliveries. Expect to be on your feet and moving throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Perform quality inspections on parts at each process step prior to shipping
• Inspect incoming materials and deliveries from vendors
• Use precision measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer) to verify specs
• Document findings and communicate issues to the team

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing experience (quality background a plus, not required)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset
• Team player attitude
• Comfort using measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer)
