What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production.
  • Drive continuous improvement in plant performance and cost optimization.
  • Manage and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and reliability programs.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.
