What You Bring

Degree in High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred). ,

Experience or understanding of Operations and Personnel management (3–5 years). ,

Knowledge of public or private sector transportation (3–5 years). ,

Familiarity with rail transportation systems (desirable). ,

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ,

Leadership and problem-solving abilities. ,

Understanding that safety is paramount in all activities. ,

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Applications. ,

Bilingual in English and Spanish (desirable). ,

Must possess a valid California State driver’s license.

Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
For U.S. positions that could be performed in Los Angeles or San Francisco, pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, Alstom will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
