Salesforce Product Owner/ Financial Cloud Exp Must

Skills:-

3–6 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis, including at least 2 years in a Product Owner or comparable prioritization/decision-making capacity.
Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and how to translate business needs into platform solutions.
Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and backlog management.
Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and to decompose large problems into deliverable increments.
Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal—with the proven ability to translate between business and technical audiences, facilitate productive conversations, present a clear rationale, say no when needed, and build alignment across stakeholders at all levels.
A value- and outcome-oriented mindset: comfortable making trade-off decisions and defining what success looks like.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Exposure to the Financial Services and Wealth Management domain (e.g., advisory workflows, client/household data models, account and relationship structures, Investment management).
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to Financial Services.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Experience with AWS (e.g., understanding cloud services and how they support Salesforce solutions and data flows).
Experience with API integration of external services with Salesforce (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, real-time and batch data exchange).
Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple product areas or initiatives.
