Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a talented Senior Specialty Service Professional. This role is primarily focused on performing specialized Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) treatments, including termite and other complex pest issues, with general pest services as additional responsibilities. This role is expected to demonstrate advanced technical knowledge, deliver high-quality treatments, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. 

You can communicate at a high level on the biology and behaviors of insects as well as identify specialty pest infestations. You will exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism while following a daily schedule of services.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform specialized WDO treatments including termite (bait installs, full and localized liquid treatments) minor wood repair, rodent exclusion, and other advanced services with precision and in compliance with company and state requirements.
  • Provide thorough inspections, identify pest-related issues, and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Execute treatment plans using high-quality and environmentally responsible products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, educating customers on treatment processes, prevention, and long-term solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments, services performed, and materials used.
  • Adhere to KPI’s related to quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, completion of work orders, and revenue contribution.
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and provide effective resolutions through integrated pest management strategies.
  • Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle, gas card, and other assigned resources.
  • Perform general pest control and ancillary services as needed.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Must pass required background check and drug screening and motor vehicle record.
  • Must be 21 years or older w/ valid driver's license 
  • Must have Field Representative Branch Two and Field Representative Branch Three licenses or Applicator License in both Branch Two and Branch Three categories
  • Works well in the presence of all pests 
  • Experience in performing WDO treatments and other service offerings
  • Physical labor experience (working in outside conditions) 
  • Ability to bend, lift, sit, stretch, reach, crouch
    • Able to lift at least 50 pounds
