The Warehouse Operations Administrator supports the administrative and financial functions of day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced transportation and logistics environment. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR) functions, including reviewing and processing vendor invoices for payment, preparing and issuing customer invoices, tracking outstanding payments, reconciling billing records, billing support, and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies
- Coordinate daily fulfillment and administrative activities, including work orders, shipment processing, customer requests, and general Fulfillment team needs
- Maintain accurate customer, vendor, shipment, and billing records while completing data entry, system updates, operational reports, and other general administrative tasks
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues involving inventory discrepancies, incorrect orders, damaged products, shipping documentation, customer requirements, or system transactions and escalate issues when necessary
- Support fulfillment operations as needed by monitoring order and shipment status, troubleshooting operational issues, assisting with special customer requirements, and performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Korean (PREFERRED)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in high level coordination, regarding shipments, tracking freight, and managing transportation documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.
