Essential Job Functions:
Operate various equipment and various automated systems safely and accurately.
Perform equipment and facility maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.Â
Accurately manage high-value products to prevent loss, damage, or accidents.
Follow and enforce all safety procedures.
Collaborate with other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
CDL, or ability to obtain.
Applicators or handlers license, or ability to obtain.Â
Ability to operate various types of equipment with mechanical proficiency.
Willingness to learn or familiarity with crop chemicals and farming practices.
Competent in basic mathematical operations.
Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Adaptability to changing application technologies and seasonal workload variations.Â
Acceptable driving record.
