Responsibilities:

Import, review and reconcile production reports.
Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand variances in data and determine errors.
Assist with deposits and cash application.
Process payments from clients over the phone.
Reconcile bank accounts.
Assist with administrative credit and collection activities.
Research and respond to client questions related to account and/or invoices.

Requirements:

Microsoft Office skills required (including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams).
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work onsite in our beautiful Sioux Center, IA location.
Strong customer service skills.
