What You’ll Do:

Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates
Help coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
Support the recruitment team by posting job ads and managing candidate data
Attend career fairs and assist with outreach to local colleges and universities
Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Participate in special projects to improve recruitment processes

What We’re Looking For:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Organized with good time management skills
Eager to learn, proactive, and a problem-solver
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
Positive attitude and a team player mindset

Location: This role will be based out of our Sioux Center, IA Location.
