What does a Driver Recruiter do?
You’ll be the energy behind every phone call and connection. That means:

Actively seeking out and managing driver leads through calls, referrals, online sources, and social media.

Keeping trucks on the road by hitting hiring goals—and keeping conversations fresh, engaging, and motivating.
Representing Hirschbach at driver events as the face of opportunity.
Building relationships that last—whether a driver’s ready today, or tomorrow.

Behind the scenes, you’ll run reports, verify qualifications, track hiring trends, and keep everything in line with DOT and company standards. In short—you’ll play a BIG part in building our driving force nationwide.
