We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.   Position Summary: The Inventory Counter/Forklift Driver is responsible for supporting accurate warehouse inventory, product replenishment, and safe movement of product throughout the facility. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, supports daily warehouse operations, and communicates inventory concerns or inconsistencies to the appropriate team members.             Duties/Responsibilities:  Complete daily inventory counts and helps maintain accurate inventory records Identify and communicate shortages, overages, damage, or inventory inconsistencies to the Inventory Clerk or appropriate leader Dispose of obsolete or damaged inventory as directed Track incoming and outgoing product as needed Replenish dunnage to assist Production Load, unload, move, and stage product using a forklift, pallet jack, or other approved equipment Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Operate equipment safely and according to company training and procedures Adapt to changing priorities and complete other essential duties as assigned   QualificationsEducation/Experience: High school diploma or GED required Associate’s degree preferred 0–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or forklift experience preferred   Required Skills/Abilities: Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others Good attention to detail and accuracy when counting or recording inventory Basic computer skills Problem-solving and analytical skills Strong basic math skills Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to operate a forklift and manual or powered pallet jack Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to communicate with coworkers and supervisors and to safely operate equipment   Work Environment: This position works in a warehouse environment. Temperatures may be hot and humid during warmer months, and the role includes exposure to moving equipment and active warehouse operations.   Physical Requirements: Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Regularly required to use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, see, and hear Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, kneel, and squat Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs.
