UnityPoint-St.Luke's-Sioux City Downtown

Hours: Rotating Nights (7pm-7:30am), 36 hours per week, rotating weekends and holidays

To provide additional assistance to keep identified patients safe from self-harm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient's safety by providing a safe environment
• Assist patient with routine activities
• Coordinate care with appropriate hospital personnel
• Document implementation of safety protocols
• Demonstrates the UnityPoint Health Values and Standards of Behaviors as well as adheres to policies and procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Education: 

• High school Diploma or GED
