At Goal Solutions, this role exists to help launch new servicing clients, implement new programs, and expand our backup servicing operations within Launch Servicing Solutions.Â
When onboarding and implementation slow down, revenue slows down. You will help remove those delays by keeping client launches, system setup, and cross-team coordination moving forward.Â
What You’ll DoÂ
- Coordinate client onboarding and servicing implementations, coordinating conversions, managing timelines, and ensuring successful launches Â
- Translate business needs into system requirements support testing, and drive process and system improvementsÂ
- Analyze servicing data, support file mapping and validation, and partner with IT on system enhancementsÂ
- Manage backup servicing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and readinessÂ
- Manage cross-functional projects, track risks, maintain documentation, and provide clear status updatesÂ
- Anticipate risks early and mitigate issues to maintain delivery timelinesÂ

What You Bring – Required
- 2+ years in loan servicing, program management, or client implementationÂ
- Experience working with data files, data mapping, or system integrationsÂ
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teamsÂ
What You Bring – Nice to Have
- Experience in consumer lending, or financial servicesÂ
- Experience as a 3rd party servicer, servicing platforms or loan conversionÂ
- Basic knowledge of SQLÂ

- Independently manage key parts of client onboarding and implementation Â
- Help expand backup servicing capabilities and processes Â
- Take ownership of recurring monthly servicing responsibilities Â
- Execute effectively to reduce bandwidth constraints on senior team membersÂ
