Job Summary
The Registered Nurse in the Clinical Care Leader (CCL) role facilitates health care services for patients in cooperation with the health care team. Facilitates communication and provision of information and messages in a way that produces clarity and impact. Understands the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results and the ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team. Applies the concept of collaboration to build relationships and coordinate with other teams. Provides feedback to members of the health care team. Whether you're a newly graduated RN or have years of experience as a RN, This position offers an opportunity to work independently and with a team of motivated professionals to provide ongoing collaboration and learning.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred. Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience required, two years preferred. Demonstrated involvement in clinical process improvement initiatives preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area. Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 60 days of employment into position.
