HOURS:Â Full-time, 30 hour week, Monday- Friday.
SALARY:Â $20.00 - $22.00. Dependent on experience and qualificationsÂ

RESPONSIBILITIES:Â The LSS Better Together Program pairs volunteers with older adults aged 60+ to foster community connections and build trusting relationships. This role will act as the primary coordinator for the program. Key responsibilities include develop and implement volunteer and older adult recruitment strategies; organize and lead orientation and ongoing training for program volunteers and older adults; supervise and support matches and serve as a positive resource and reliable presence for volunteers and older adults.Â
QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, plus one to two years' experience in related human service field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous or current volunteer management or older adult programming is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational and event planning.Â
- Public speaking and excellent communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office required.Â
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency auto insurance requirements.Â
- Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Must be at least 18 years of age.
