We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to join our growing team! This position plays a critical role in keeping our patients safe and our clinical team running smoothly.

Position Overview

The Dental Sterilization Technician is responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing dental instruments and maintaining strict infection control standards in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment
  • Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance with protocols
  • Prepare and restock treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.)
  • Properly dispose of biohazard materials
  • Assist clinical team with room turnover between patients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of sterilization and clinical areas
  • Follow all infection control and safety guidelines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior dental or medical experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols is a plus

Schedule

  • Full-time
