Design Tanks is seeking an Experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD in a full-time role. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EXPERIENCED HR GENERALIST

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

As our Experienced HR Generalist, you'll serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership alike, guiding employee relations matters, addressing concerns, and promoting a respectful and productive work environment. You'll manage benefits administration, ensuring employees understand and can access their options, while also overseeing workers' compensation processes with accuracy and care. Your day will involve problem-solving, communication, and maintaining compliance, playing a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting the overall employee experience.

Here's what we need from you:

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as your first language

At least 4 years of recent experience in the Human Resources field is preferred.
