Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
Shift: Evening | 2:00 PM ā 10:30 PM
FTE: 1.0
Salary: $38ā$48/hour, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000, paid in 3 installments over 2 years
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents and provide individualized nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and process physician orders.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care teams.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Assist with resident transfers and mobility using appropriate equipment.
- Follow clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the applicable state.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong communication, observation, and clinical skills.
- EMR documentation experience.
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.
Compensation
- $38ā$48/hour
- Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Full-time evening schedule
