Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual mental health support to clients across South Dakota. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, provide counseling sessions, and help individuals work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. This position is well suited for a clinician who values consistent hours, a structured schedule, and the ability to support clients through accessible telehealth care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete client assessments and intake evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and update treatment plans based on clinical needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all sessions and care plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed
  • Coordinate with other providers or care teams when appropriate
  • Support clients with coping strategies, behavior management, and goal setting
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
  • Active LPC license in South Dakota
  • Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
  • 2 weeks PTO
