What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planningÂ
- Deliver a high-end, personalized patient experience with strong communication and educationÂ
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care deliveryÂ
- Support continuity of care through follow-ups, documentation, and patient engagementÂ
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and growthÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in South Dakota
- Strong clinical judgment with a patient-first mindsetÂ
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative teamÂ
- Interest in growing with a practice and potentially expanding hours over timeÂ
Schedule & Growth
Full time - M-Th 8am-5pm, F 8am - 2:30pm
