Assist in obtaining/maintaining construction permits. Administer daily project tracking and reporting. Manage and distribute project information and contract documents. Facilitate project close out. Actively participating in expanding your knowledge of construction means and methods by participating in project processes; rfi’s, submittals, as-builts, schedules, etc. Be an active participant in elevating yourself and the team around you. Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail. Basic understanding of construction means, methods and practices. Bachelor’s degree or working toward a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience.
