Lead production with a focus on quality and safety with a basic understanding of project information and company policies while actively participating in producing these results Provide leadership, training and coaching to the team members under you in your area of expertise Communicate with balance of site supervision team to meet daily project demands/schedule Facilitate process by coordination/procurement of material, equipment and manpower Be an active participant in elevating the project team and expanding your knowledge/responsibility. Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome. Multiple specialties available including; concrete, carpentry, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication skills Ability to lead and train those around you. Ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels. Ability to read and interpret project documents relevant to your to your specialty Minimum 3 years of related experience with 1 of those years being in a leadership position Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Valid DL and good driving record BENEFITS TO YOU: Our Full-Time employees enjoy full medical, dental and vision insurance.
