YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING COORDINATOR

This recruiting and human resources role works a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5pm.

As a Recruitment and Training Coordinator, you begin your day by creating compelling job ads to attract the right candidates. You spend the morning reviewing resumes to shortlist potential hires and scheduling interviews, preparing tailored questions for each applicant. Additionally, you conduct in-depth interviews, exploring candidates' experiences and skills. After selecting the best fits, you make thoughtful job offers and ensure a seamless onboarding process, providing new employees with the necessary resources. You wrap up your day by focusing on the internal training program, collaborating with team leaders to enhance training modules and align them with organizational goals. It's a dynamic mix of recruiting tasks that keeps you engaged and focused on building a talented team.

Here's what we need from you:

Experience with conducting interviews and those compliance protocols
Human Resources experience while working in a manufacturing environment
