Location: 516 W. 12th Street, Sioux Falls, SD
Pay Range: $18.00 – $23.49/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Overnight | 4-Day Work Week (10-hour shifts)

About the Role
The Arch is looking for dedicated Residential Technicians to join our overnight team. This position is perfect for individuals who value reliability, professionalism, and making a meaningful difference while supporting clients during the quieter—but essential—overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support clients in a residential recovery setting
• Maintain a calm, steady presence to foster a safe and respectful environment
• Assist clients with daily needs as appropriate
• Complete accurate documentation and reports
• Conduct urine collections and property checks per program guidelines
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure continuity of care

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, human services, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the team
• Professionalism and ability to maintain boundaries
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role (including lifting 25+ pounds)

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with overnight shifts
• Background in human services, criminal justice, or behavioral health
• Interest in long-term work in a residential or recovery-focused setting
