Job DetailsJob Location: Great Place Construction - sioux falls, SD 57106Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: ConstructionGPC is a private construction firm that specializes in building projects.  We are looking for responsible individuals to join our team and train in all aspects of construction work!   ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES – you are coming in on the ground floor, work for us and move up as we grow.   GPC is seeking a Superintendent in Training. This person will monitor construction projects for their entire lifecycle.   RESPONSIBILITIES   -On-Site Project Administration  -Document review -Daily inspection/logging -Safety inspection -Inspection coordination -Schedule management/coordination -Cost management -Personnel Management - Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback. -Technical management/participation with field personnel in self performed trade work, demolition, concrete, carpentry, etc. -Subcontractor coordination -Quality control -Coordination with project management team -Provide progress and project updates. -Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly         WHY GPC?
