Visit our website to learn more about our remarkable company: https://www.dmshealth.com/ We're hiring a Mobile Trailer Service Technician who will install, troubleshoot, and repair company mobile medical imaging equipment. Essential Duties: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of medical equipment and other mobile medical trailer devices according to company guidelines Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment mounted in and outside of the mobile trailer Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or additional purchases Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory Test equipment functionality and perform preventative maintenance as scheduled Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in medical technology Travel to trailer locations to perform reactive maintenance and preventative maintenance repairs in accordance to company guidelines. May be required to travel up to 75% Performs additional duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus Valid Class A license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire At least 2 years of experience in servicing medical equipment or related field Strong knowledge of medical equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Physical Demands Stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel and crawl Climb up and down stairs Push and pull wheelchairs Carry and lift with the ability to move non-ambulatory patients from a sitting or lying position for transfer or exam Lift up to 75 pounds occasionally Background Check Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws.
