Review and understand contract documents. Coordinate with design consultants to resolve discrepancies in plans and specifications. Develop and maintain interval schedules. Maintain site logistics. Collaborate/coordinate with field personnel to complete self-performed work. Collaborate/coordinate with subcontractor lead personnel. Implement project/company requirements for safety, quality control, risk, compliance, etc. Administer daily project tracking and reporting. Coach and mentor balance of on-site team. Be an active participant in elevating yourself and the team around you. Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel as needed to project locations for duration of project. Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail. Advanced understanding of construction means, methods and practices. Bachelor’s degree or working toward a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or 10 years trade experience. Minimum 5 years of related experience with 3 of those years having been in supervisory position. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools. Valid DL and good driving record.
