Job DetailsJob Location: Lennox, SD 57039$1350 SIGN ON BONUS Webb Roller Machine Operator – Manufacturing  Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $19 per hour + Night shift differential Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4:00pm - 2:30am Overtime as needed Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly (Overtime Eligible) Benefits Benefits start the 1st of the month following date of hire: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Optional Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity Coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) & Flex Holiday 401(k) with Company Match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Boot Reimbursement & Prescription Safety Glasses   QualificationsWhat You’ll Do Operate the Webb roller machine to form metal components Set up and adjust equipment based on work orders Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and specifications are met Read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We’re Looking For Manufacturing experience preferred (rolling/forming experience a plus) Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup Ability to read blueprints and accurately read a tape measure Basic math skills (including fractions) Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Dependable and team-oriented
