Join Refinish Supply Company as a Warehouse Stocker and play an important role in keeping our warehouse organized, accurate, and ready to serve our customers. You’ll be responsible for getting products where they belong, maintaining accurate inventory, and making sure our team can quickly find what they need.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, organized, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in doing things the right way. No previous warehouse experience? No problem—we’re willing to train the right person!

What You’ll Do

• Complete daily stocking assignments accurately, safely, and efficiently
• Receive, stock, scan, and organize products according to established procedures
• Properly stock automotive paint and refinishing products while following all required safety and handling procedures
• Rotate products to maintain proper inventory and product freshness
• Ensure products are placed in the correct locations and are easy for team members to find
• Identify and help correct stocking or inventory errors
• Organize and clearly label overstock products in designated locations
• Clean and organize your work area as products are stocked
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Work with the warehouse team to keep customer orders moving efficiently
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support our customers and team

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and hardworking team player
• Previous warehouse, stocking, inventory, or automotive experience is preferred, but we're willing to train
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work
• Ability to follow directions, safety requirements, and established procedures
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull products as required by the position
• Willingness to learn about automotive paint, refinishing products, and warehouse operations
