*We are looking for a Night Audit to join us overnights!*

Role Summary: Interacts with guests to build relations and ensures that their expectations are being met by representing the spirit of hospitality according to the culture and values of Hegg. Manages all night operations in ways that deliver exceptional service to guests. Responsible for other duties as assigned. 
  • Key Outcomes:
    • Serves as the primary point of contact to handle guest needs in an efficient and professional manner 
    • Communicates all shift information to management and the following shift, and follows up on the guest courtesy contact log 
    • Completes all night audit procedures and accounting work as required by brand standards and Hegg policies 
    • Acts as Manager on Duty and promptly notifies management of any issues, and provides support to other departments as needed
    • Ensures the safety and security of all guests, staff, and property 
    •  Invests in our three core values of the Hegg vision:

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to be on feet for up to 8 hours.
 Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
 Detail oriented.
 Customer service experience helpful.
 Works well alone and with others.
