RESPONSIBILITIES: The Supervisor will oversee a limited number of employees with the program, such as Administrative Support Assistant, Maintenance or Cook positions, and other staff that perform administrative functions. Regular contact with clients and program staff to furnish and/or obtain information on routine matters or pressing concerns. Â Front desk work such as answers incoming telephone calls, scheduling client appointment and prepare files. Expected to project a caring and professional manner with clients, co-workers and general public.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree, plus two to three years of related experience in an administrative field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.Â
- Previous experience with supervision and management preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.Â
- Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.Â
- Requires a valid auto-insurance, a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.
